This 2020 drama film was directed and produced by Rodrigo GarcÃa based on the Washing Post article “How’s Amanda? A Story of Truth, Lies and an American Addiction”. It follows Molly, a heroin-addled girl who is on the verge of collapse, who shows up at her house to ask her mother for help.

Also known as Punishment in the UK, this psychological thriller was written by Agatha Dominik and John Cox, directed by Christian Duguay. The film follows a group of at-risk teens who are sent to what they think is a rehabilitation program on Fiji, but it’s really a prison-like camp where kids are abused and brainwashed.
Sophie, played by Mila Kunis, is shipped off there by her passive mother and brutally domineering stepfather. Her boyfriend fakes a drug problem to go with her, and they soon find themselves trying to escape the harsh environment. It’s a thrilling drama that has some incredible tense scenes with Mila Kunis’ great acting.
14. Date Night (2010)
This romantic comedy film was directed and produced by Shawn Levy starring Steve Carell, Tina Fey, Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. While Kunis is not in the main cast, the short bit that she’s included in is incredibly memorable.

Mila Kunis is Russian crime boss Mona Sax and in Max Payne, we get to see a different side to her. Following a series of murders in New York City, police detective and an assassin are coming together to solve the mystery while being hunted by the police, the mob and a ruthless corporation.
The movie has some exceptional action sequences that are worth watching, plus the neo-noir elements and cinematography are exceptional. The movie stars Mark Wahlberg and is a revenge story that’s fun but shallow.
9. Jupiter Ascending (2015)

The movie, which also stars Denzel Washington is a cat-and-mouse pursuit, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. Ignore the mixed critical reception, the Book of Eli is a badass mashup of a post-apocalyptic western thriller.
4. Ted (2012)
This Seth MacFarlane creation stars Kunis and Wahlberg as a couple whose relationship is strained by a living, talking teddy bear named Ted.
