Today on Binge Kill Chill, TC rides solo and digs into what’s hot on Hulu this June 2020

As far as originals go, there’s not much from Hulu this month. The only show of note is Love, Victor and that definitely should not be on the top of your list. In fact it’s TC’s “KILL” for the month.

There is some good stuff though, including some classic movies like Awakenings with Robin Williams and LIl’ Bobby De Niro, plus CliffhangerJoyride, and Kingpin.

Hulu’s Binge & Kill List This June

TC’s Top Binge Picks from Hulu, June 2020:

  • Joyride: A college freshman goes on a cross-country road trip to pick up the girl of his dreams.
  • Grown Ups: A group of men reunites at their former basketball coach’s funeral.
  • Awakenings: A doctor’s work with a group of catatonic patients in a Bronx hospital.

Swaggy-D’s Top Binge Picks from Hulu, June 2020:

  • Cliffhanger: A former mountain rescuer is pitted against criminals who lose $100 million during a plane crash.
  • Charlie Wilson’s War: Government, donors, and the CIA form an alliance to boost funding for Afghan freedom fighters in their war against Russia.
  • Equilibrium: A futuristic world, where emotions are suppressed and feeling is a crime punishable by death.

All of these movies are available now on Hulu.

TC picked out the Hulu Original Love, Victor as his Kill this month (see below for the meaning). Check out the trailer below:

Swaggy-D’s Kill pick is the 1997 Bean movie. A character he’s loathed since childhood. Mr. Bean mimes everything, and considering no one has ever said: “hey, let’s go watch that mime” in human history, he remains confused by its popularity.
