Unsubscribe via a web browser

Follow this method if you didn’t subscribe directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  1. Go to DisneyPlus.com
  2. Log into your Disney+ account in the browser
  3. Select your “Profile” icon
  4. Then select “Account”
  5. Select “Billing”
  6. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  7. Confirm your cancellation.

Unsubscribe via iPhone

If you subscribed via your iPhone device, follow these instructions:
