Colman Domingo, one of the many stars of the hit show Euphoria, is here with news about season 3.

The Oscar nominee spoke on the U.K.’s Table Manners podcast with Jessie and Lennie Ware, sharing some interesting details. Keep reading to learn more.

Colman Domingo in Euphoria

Domingo has earned widespread praise for his role in Euphoria, playing a recovering drug addict named Ali. His character becomes the sponsor of Zendaya’s character, Rue. While the two often butt heads with each other, Ali consistently helps Rue get out of trouble.

His portrayal has already earned him a Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding guest actor in a drama series.

Season 3

Season 3 is a bit of a mystery for both the actors and the viewers.

Little information has been released on media outlets about the third installment, though some sneak peeks have been floating around recently.

In an interview with Variety, Colman Domingo claimed he hasn’t seen any of the upcoming third season, other than the scenes he’s filmed. Plus, he was only given scripts for Ali.

“We never got any scripts for the other characters. Which was kind of cool, because you were really in your own insular world.”

Showrunner Sam Levinson is keeping the series under wraps as much as possible, though Domingo is finally getting to see a bit more of it.

“I will be doing some ADR soon. I will see some little bits. I’m excited about what we’ve made. I think it’s beyond television, I think it becomes cinema. I think that’s all what Sam’s mind does. And everyone’s giving incredible performances.”

There are a few things fans do know about the third installment:

Past Season Success

Ever since season 1 hit the streaming platform, Euphoria has been at the forefront of social media and popularity rankings.

Season 2 only continued the show’s success, becoming one of HBO’s biggest shows of 2022, averaging about 16 million cross-platform viewers per episode.

It bodes well for the third season, as the stakes only get higher and we return to the world of Rue.
