Fifth on our list of mystery movies on Netflix is Enola Holmes. A fun twist on our beloved Sherlock Holmes, in this universe, he has a younger sister named Enola. The 16-year-old sister steps away from the image of a Victorian-era woman, instead preferring deduction, especially when their mother goes missing. Filled with comedic timing, more mysteries to be solved, and a strong female lead, it’s no wonder the original book series got turned into film scripts.
4. It’s What’s Inside (2024)
Next on our list of mystery movies on Netflix is It’s What’s Inside. Looking for a little more horror in your mystery? This is the film you need to watch. Reuban’s wedding weekend is filled with a reunion of old college friends who plan one night together before the big day. However, things take a turn when estranged friend Forbes shows up with a suitcase that literally allows you to walk in someone else’s shoes. Will the friends be able to return to their bodies in time? You’ll have to watch to find out.
3. The Woman in Cabin 10 (2025)
Rounding out the top three mystery movies on Netflix is The Woman in Cabin 10. Also adapted from a novel by Ruth Ware, the story centers around travel journalist Lo Blacklock, who gets invited on a lavish yacht amongst the wealthy elite. However, things go awry when she witnesses a woman being thrown overboard. Stranger yet, in the morning, everyone is accounted for. With no one believing her story, Lo must put herself in danger to find the truth of what happened to the woman in Cabin 10.
2. Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery (2025)
Second on our list of mystery movies on Netflix is Wake Up Dead Man. The third film in the Knives Out series, Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc is back to solve a mystery, this time with new suspects and his most personal case yet. Set in a small church in upstate New York, Blanc must solve a murder that bends the boundaries of faith and reason. He is joined by an all-star cast, including Jeremy Renner, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, etc.

Last but not least on our list of mystery movies on Netflix is Glass Onion. In the second film in the Knives Out series, slick Southern detective Benoit Blanc is back. The comedy mystery centers around a tech billionaire who invites his friends to participate in a murder-mystery party on a remote island getaway. However, the party quickly turns deadly, and it’s up to Blanc to solve what really happened on the island.
