This includes Ewan Mitchell, Cherry Jones, Mia Goth, Allison Janney, Andrew Scott, Frank Dillane, and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett.

What is Fonda About?

While some of the plot details are under wraps, there is an official synopsis for Fonda.

The film is a “psychological thriller set in a seemingly idyllic huis clos,” set to take audiences “on a vertiginous dive into the shifting limits of a sound mind, as grief and obsession take hold.”

It is Justine Triet’s first feature film in English, and is directed from her own screenplay.

Scheduled Filming

As of now, shooting for Fonda will occur from April to June 2026.
