In a recent interview, Ashley Tisdale is blasted by lawyer during a lawsuit incident in 2023, as the mom group drama continues, causing even more fans to bash the Disney alum.
In the most recent update to the mom group drama, which started when Ashley Tisdale published an essay on The Cut about her ‘toxic’ mom group, as well as her personal blog, By Ashley French, Lawyer Michael Parker has spoken his thoughts.
Parker’s client, Lina Gonzalez, sued the Disney star, 40, in 2023, calling out Tisdale in a Friday interview with Daily Mail as he recalled her interactions with his client.
Gonzalez launched a lawsuit against the Disney alum seeking damages after the two were involved in a car collision in Los Angeles on September 6, 2022. Gonzalez claimed to have sustained injuries due to Tisdale’s alleged negligence.
Apparently, Tisdale was dismissive during the scene, which resulted in Gonzalez filing a lawsuit and sharing her side of the story on social media. Along with that, Tisdale’s husband, Christopher French, allegedly targeted Gonzalez online, sharing her personal information and accusing her of committing insurance fraud.
“When you’re just a regular person and a celebrity has it out for you, it’s really scary – especially when they’re posting on social media, and they have millions of followers,” Parker said, saying French’s actions made Gonzalez feel “unsafe.”
“You could just look up who sued Ashley Tisdale and say, ‘Ok, well her husband is saying this person is committing fraud, they work at this hospital, etc.’ [Gonzalez] definitely felt her safety was in danger. I mean, she was definitely scared,” he continued.
This wasn’t the only person speaking up about Tisdale’s behavior lately, though. The mom grou phas shown their side of the story, with many members of the mom group, including Meghan Trainor and Hilary Duff, speaking out against Tisdale.
Meghan Trainor went to TikTok as she caught up on the drama, clearly unbothered. Samii Ryan, another member of the group, reposted a video on her Instagram Story, throwing shade at Tisdale.
And one of the more recent was Hilary Duff’s husband mockingly posting on his Instagram Story and calling Tisdale ‘self-obsessed’ and ‘tone deaf.’
