According to court documents seen by the Daily Mail, Blake Lively was branded as a ‘terrorist’ by movie execs during the nasty It Ends With Us drama.

The senior producer on the movie bashed Lively over her 17-point list of demands to return to the set of the movie amidst the controversy. Andrea Gianeti used the harsh description on the actress after she unveiled her requirements in November 2023, which could have sabotaged the entire project.

The executive vice president of production and senior creative at Sony Pictures testimony was unsealed on January 20 before a summary judgment hearing in Lively’s ongoing lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, which is scheduled for January 22.

Gianetti confirmed that she commented on producer Jamey Heath after learning about Lively threatening to walk away from the movie unless they listened to her demands. When asked directly whether she recalled telling Health that she thought Lively, 38, was a “f***king terrorist”, Gianetti responded, “Yes.”

Giannetti testified that at the time Sony had already invested roughly $28 million in the project, and was facing the possibility that the film would be unreleasable if production didn’t continue. “There was a tremendous amount of money that had been invested and spent, and we had to finish the movie, or it was unreleaseable,” she said.

Despite the remarks, Giannetti later sent Lively a message after the film’s release, praising her work. “Blake, $50 million!! Your blood, sweat, tears, brilliant smarts, heart and soul in every single frame,” Gianetti wrote. “My God, it’s incredible. Thank you 50 million times. And it’s only Saturday night.”

But even so, Giannetti didn’t hold back during her testimony, saying that the set was a “s*** show” due to issues with the shoot as well as Lively and Baldoni’s ongoing conflicts. According to court documents, Giannetti said that Lively often complained on set about Baldoni being “unprepared, indecisive, and inexperienced.”

The romance drama has been one of the main subjects lately due to the increasingly hostile feud between Lively and Baldoni after Lively sued her co-star over claims of sexual harassment and a campaign to ruin her reputation.

Even co-star Jenny Slate, has described the movie’s shoot as “really gross and disturbing” in her private texts to Lively.

If Lively and Baldoni cannot reach a deal in court-ordered settlement talks next month, they are set for a May trial.
