It’s a new month, which means time for some new movies! The countless streaming services have many new movies added this month, but what are the best new movies to stream?

Here are 10 of the best new movies to stream in October 2022.

1.  The Bucket List (HBO Max, November 1) 

The Bucket List is about a Billionaire Edward and a car mechanic Carter who are strangers until they both land in the same hospital room.

They have two things in common: coming to terms with who they are and what they have done in their lives. They make a list to complete with things to do before they die.

They go against the doctor’s orders and leave the hospital for an adventure of a lifetime. It will be available to watch on HBO Max. 

2.  The Pink Panther (Netflix, November 1) 

The Pink Panther is about a French soccer coach who was killed, and his legendary Pink Panther diamond goes missing.

Chief Inspector Dreyfus has assigned the most intelligent agent to the case to figure out what happened. Inspector Jacques seems hopeless various mistakes and misjudgments astoundingly put him on the killer’s trial.

You will be available to watch it on Netflix at the beginning of November.

3.  Captain Phillips (Netflix, November 6) 

Captain Phillips is about a. U.S containership Maersk Alabama, sails toward its destination, but Somali pirates race toward the vessel, climb aboard and take everyone hostage. The pirates are after millions of dollars, and Captain Phillips must use his wits to make sure everyone survives.

4. War Dogs (Hulu, November 8)    

War Dogs is about a young man offering his childhood friend a chance to make money by becoming an international arms dealer. Together they abuse government initiative that allows businesses to bid on U.S military contracts.

They start by making small bids that make them roll in the money and live a luxurious life. Suddenly find themselves in over their heads with a deal of $300 million if they supply Afghan forces. It puts them in business with very shady people.

It will be available to watch on Hulu just in time for the weekend if you want to stream it.

5. Say Hey, Willie Mays (HBO Max, November 8) 

Say Hey, Willie Mays is a documentary about Wille Mays, who becomes one of America’s first black superstars in Major League Baseball to help the decay of racial barriers and move the sport forward. 

6. Trail by Fire (Paramount Plus, November 14)  

Trail by Fire is about a poor, uneducated heavy metal devotee with a violent streak and a criminal record. He was convicted of an arson-related triple homicide in 1992.

During his 12 years on death row, Elizabeth, an ally, uncovers questionable methods and illogical conclusions in his case that could save him from the death penalty.

7. R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned (Netflix, November 15) 

R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned is about a resurrected sheriff who gets a second chance to return to Earth to help save humanity from a gateway to hell. He may have to wait on trying to avenge his murder so he can save the world before it is too late. 

8. The Wonder (Netflix, November 16) 

The Wonder is about a young Irish girl who has eaten nothing since her eleventh birthday and becomes a superstar from it because she remains alive and well. English nurse Lib Wright is brought to the village to observe the young girl. 

9. Wrong Place (Hulu, November 25) 

Wrong Place is about a methamphetamine cook who hunts down the former Police chief of a small town to silence him before he can deliver testimony against his family. He is up for more than what he bargained for.

10. My Name is Vendetta (Netflix, November 30)

My Name is Vendetta is about a former mafia enforcer and his daughter who flee to Milan after old enemies kill their entire family. They hide out to plot how they will get their revenge.
