As the week comes to a close and we clock out, what to watch during the weekend becomes the next biggest question. Thankfully, streaming platforms have us covered with a couple of great weekend streaming picks.

Weekend Streaming Picks

There are two shows to keep an eye out for this weekend. While one show requires watching the first four seasons, the other is a brand-new show to sink your teeth into.

February 21st – Shoresy Season 5 (Hulu)

The fifth season of Shoresy is coming to Netflix on Saturday, featuring six episodes. Each one continues the story of the foul-mouthed Canadian hockey team, a comedy spin-off from Letterkenny.

February 20th – Strip Law Season 1 (Netflix)

Dive into a new series with Strip Law, the first season premiering on Netflix on Saturday. The new adult animated comedy is centered around a wet-blanket Las Vegas attorney who teams up with a Vegas magician to try and bring showmanship back to his struggling firm.

The voice cast includes favorites like Adam Scott, Janelle James, Stephen Root, and Keith David. All ten episodes will be released at once, perfect for a binge night.

Streaming the Week of February 23rd

This weekend is just a preview of the new shows hitting streaming services during the week of February 23rd. From new series to new seasons of fan-favorites, this week is sure to get you streaming at least one show. Among the most anticipated are The Traitors season four finale and Bridgerton season four part two.

February 23rd – Paradise Season 2

Initially viewed as another American political thriller, Paradise quickly took viewers by storm with post-apocalyptic themes, while the main character tries to find the truth behind the killing of the President of the United States.

With the first season set in a doomsday bunker, viewers will get new scenes in season two as they leave the bunker’s confines and explore the ruined world above.

February 24th – Prodigal Daughter (Netflix)

Make your stomach hurt from laughing too much by choosing the comedy stand-up special Prodigal Daughter. In her fourth comedy special, Taylor Tomlinson will return to her roots with a special that explores deconstructing your faith, processing religious trauma, exploring your sexuality, and confronting the fear of death.

February 26th – Bridgerton Season 4 Part 2 (Netflix)

One of the most anticipated premieres for February is the second part of Bridgerton season four, with the second son, Benedict, in the limelight.

All four episodes will release on the same day, wrapping up Benedict’s love story as he struggles with visions of Lady Silver and desires for housemaid Sophie.

February 26th – House of Villains Season 3 (Peacock)

House of Villains is back for its third season. The competition reality series will premiere with three episodes at once.

It’s one of Peacock’s top shows dropping this month, and will feature ten of reality television’s most iconic and infamous villains as they compete their way to the title of America’s Ultimate Supervillain.

February 26th – The Traitors Season 4 Finale (Peacock)

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for – The Traitors season four finale. Along with wrapping up all the threads from the fourth season, the episode will also include a reunion. All the drama and secrets will be revealed in due time.

February 26th – The Gray House (Prime Video)

Need something new on your watchlist? Keep an eye out for The Gray House, releasing on Prime Video on February 26th. The limited series is comprised of eight episodes, and is based on the true story of four women who created a Union espionage network during the Civil War.

This series is perfect for history buffs.

February 27th – Vanished (MGM+ and Prime Video)

Dive into a four-part suspense thriller with Prime Video and MGM+’s Vanished. Already available on MGM+, Prime Video subscribers will finally get a chance to watch each episode.

In it, Alice’s boyfriend Tom suddenly disappears, turning their French holiday into something more ominous. As she tries to figure out the mystery, Alice is dragged deeper into a web of secrets and lies.

February 27th – Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 (Apple TV)

The long-awaited second season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters is coming to Apple TV on February 27th. The Godzilla and Kong spinoff promises many more moments of towering behemoths hitting each other while humans run in fear.

But this season has something even bigger lurking in the ocean.
