It’s a new month, which means time for some new movies! The countless streaming services have many new movies added this month, but what are the best new movies to stream? 

We’ve picked out some classics and some wackier choices, perfect if you are looking for something odd to watch. We’ve got movies covering sci-fi, action, comedy, drama, and horror genres.

1. Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All by Myself

Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All by Myself is about three siblings who break in into Madea’s home. She feeds them and takes them to their only relative, Aunt April. April is a boozy nightclub singer who leeches off her married boyfriend who wants nothing to do with her niece and nephews. April soon realizes that life is more than just drinking, singing, and her boyfriend. 

It will be available on Netflix as of February 1st.

2. Are We There Yet?

Are We There Yet is about Nick, who offers Suzanne, a newly divorced woman, to accompany her kids from a flight to Portland, Oregon, to Canada to see her. A mishap happens at the airport and gets them banned from the flight, which leads Nick to drive the kids in his prized Lincoln Navigator. Tensions rise during the long trip, making Nick even more discouraged about wanting to date Suzanne. 

This comedy is available on Hulu come February 1st.

3. War of the Worlds

War of the Worlds is about a Dockworker, Ray, who struggles to build a relationship with his two children. His ex-wife drops the kids off at Ferrier’s House so he can have a weekend with his kids. A strange event starts, and it turns out to be the start of an alien invasion. Ray must now protect his children as they seek refuge. 

War of the Words is on HBO Max in February.

4. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is about Queen Ramonda and Shuri fighting to protect their nation after King T’Challa’s death. The Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter. They must band together with Nakia and Everett Ross to forge a new path for the kingdom. 

You can stream this movie on Disney+ this month.

5. Devil’s Workshop

Devil’s Workshop is about a struggling actor who spends his weekend with a demonologist at her home to prepare for an audition. He doesn’t know they are about to explore dark themes that he might not be quite ready for. The weekend turns into him trying to stay alive. 

If you’re intrigued, you can stream Devil’s Workshop on Paramount+ come February 6th.

6. Crank

Crank is about Chev Chelios, a hitman who wants to go straight and lets his latest target slip away. He wakes up the next day to a phone call informing him he has been poisoned. He has to keep the adrenaline coursing through his body. If he doesn’t, he will only have one hour to live.

As of February 9th, you can watch Crank on Prime Video.

7. 47 Meters Down: Uncaged

47 Meters Down: Uncaged is about four teenage divers discovering sunken ruins, a hunting ground for deadly great white sharks. They get stuck in the sunken ruins, and their air supply steadily dwindles. The four girls must navigate through underwater, claustrophobic caves for a way out. 

This thrilling movie will be on Netflix as of February 16th.

8. Die Hard

Die Hard is about a New York City policeman John McClane is visiting his separated wife and two daughters on Christmas Eve. He joins her at her holiday party at the headquarters of the Japanese-owned business. The party gets interrupted by terrorists wanting to take over the high-rise and everyone in it. 

You can stream this classic on Prime Video after February 24th.

9. Iron Mask

Iron Mask is about an English traveler Jonathon Green receiving a Russian Far East map from Peter the Great. He sets out on a long adventurous journey that leads him to China. He will face a lot of breathtaking discoveries, encounter bizarre creatures, and comfort deadly martial arts masters. 

You can stream Iron Mask on Hulu come February 26th.

10. Liar Liar

Liar Liar is about a conniving attorney, Fletcher Reede, who is an ace in the courtroom, but ruins his relationships with his dishonesty and unhealthy devotion to work. He often breaks commitments to his beloved son, Max, which makes Max wish his dad would finally stop making empty promises. In a twist, Fetcher suddenly can only speak the truth and it happens to be on the day he has a deciding court case that has to be won.  

Last, but not least, you can watch Liar Liar on Hulu as of February 28th.
